Abstract
In this thesis the global study of the architecture created in Galicia in the autarky so as to allow their restoration and enhancement given the widespread ignorance of the same value is approached. Based on an unpublished documentation for the most part, the study of the aspects that characterize this architecture, both social, ideological, professional and generational as urban, programmatic, compositional, constructive and expressive, allows the realization of a disciplined analysis of a number enough examples whose critical assessment leads to the understanding of happened at the time and complete knowledge of the architecture made in Galicia in the second third of the twentieth century.
